The shop sells products to companies and adult individuals in the EU. These delivery terms are applicable to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries. Product prices include 24% VAT. Prices and shipping are subject to change. We may change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please review our terms of delivery each time you order products from our online store.

Products and prices

E-commerce product features and prices are provided with each product product presentation. We reserve the right to make changes in prices and shipping, so please check. prices from the shopping cart before accepting the order. Product prices include 24% VAT, which is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.

Delivery costs

The shipping costs that may be charged on an order will depend on the product itself (eg weight, size and packaging) and the shipping method selected and will be automatically added to the order total. You will see the shipping charge (if applicable) for your order in your shopping cart before accepting the order.

Order and agreement

The products will be ordered through our e-commerce website by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart via the online payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to be familiar with and be bound by our applicable terms and conditions. You understand that your acceptance and confirmation of your order, except to the extent that it is referred to below with respect to the right of cancellation, shall be binding and shall constitute an agreement between us in these terms of delivery.

All customer information will be treated confidentially. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the contact information requested in connection with the order is not used for purposes other than the delivery of the order or for clarification of any confusion therein.


You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available in your shopping cart.

Payment Service Provider

Checkout, a secure payment method for you. Checkout is a payment institution license issued by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (Business ID 2196606-6) and Checkout Finland Oy is part of OP Financial Group.

The Checkout payment intermediary will forward your payment to the merchant. If your bank statement or credit card bill shows Checkout Finland Oy, we have forwarded your payment. E-commerce acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to a customer. E-commerce takes care of the legal obligations related to the trade as well as other self-determined obligations.
If you wish to claim or return a product, you should contact the online store where the product is ordered.

Credit card

You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express. The e-commerce services include the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Checkout appears on the card as the payee and forwards the payment card paid by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payments are made using a secured payment form and the payment card details are not stored in the e-commerce systems.

Payment by mobile

Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay, Masterpass, and Transfer are application-based services that allow you to pay for online purchases by wire transfer from your account or card payment by accepting a payment in that application. In addition, Pivo succeeds with Transfer Transfers, which can be accepted in any application that supports transfers.

Invoicing and installment services

Invoice and installment services through Checkout are provided by OP, Collector, Jousto and Mash (formerly Euroloan) in Finland. Collector also offers invoice and installment options to corporate customers. Please also read the specific terms and conditions of the finance company that you will see when you accept the payment. By accepting the payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the finance company.

Order and payment confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation email with your order details and any prepayments you may have. Please provide your email address every time you place an order. Always check the contents of your order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service immediately. Save your order confirmation if you need to contact customer service. Always keep your customer number and order number available when contacting customer service. Always check that the contents of the package match the products in the order confirmation.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs include postage and packaging. We will ship your order using the delivery method you choose for your order in our online store. We provide an estimate of future shipping costs in your shopping cart based on the primary shipping method used. You will see the exact shipping costs after selecting the payment and shipping method you want for your order. The shipping methods available depend on the content of the Shopping Cart and the size, quantity and total weight of the products. From the checkout methods available to you, you can choose the option that best suits your needs with the exact shipping cost. Shipping costs will be charged when ordering.

We deliver our products in Finland via Post. Some products may be sent by letter post and some by post (depending on order size and weight). Depending on the country, the incoming shipment notification and pickup instructions may vary.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland and the EU vary depending on the order and delivery method. We will attempt to ship your order within 2-7 business days of receiving your order, unless otherwise stated in the product information, or in the case of a Pre-order product (this is mentioned in the product information). Please note that mail will not be transported on Tuesdays. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are also reported if the cart has out of stock items and we also notify you of any delays immediately after ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or for any indirect damage caused by delays. The webshop informs about different delivery times on its website.

Product replacement

If you would like to replace the product, please contact our customer service by email so we can get you a replacement as soon as possible. Our customer service is happy to help if you have any questions regarding our products. For hygienic reasons, the products are not interchangeable when opened.

Right of cancellation and return policy

If you are a consumer you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Law to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receipt of the item or last item or, in the case of regular delivery, receipt of the first item. For downloadable products from the moment you receive your order, In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the Agreement unequivocally by emailing asiakaspalvelu (at) 4beautyfinland.fi.

In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires. The right of withdrawal applies only to products when the returned products are in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for return. If the returned product has been used in contravention of the customer's due diligence obligation, the company is entitled to charge the depreciation up to the full price of the product, including return costs.

Please note that magnetic eyelashes and magnetic eyeliner are toiletries, so we do not accept opened packages. The packaging justifying the return must be unopened, intact and in good condition for sale.

Effects of withdrawal

If you cancel this agreement, we will refund you any payments we receive from you, including any shipping costs (except for any additional costs you have incurred in choosing a shipping method other than the lowest standard shipping method we offer), and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving notice of cancellation. We will issue a refund using the payment method you have used in the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any event at no cost to you.

You must return the goods promptly and no later than 14 days after the notice of cancellation is given. The deadline will be met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline expires. If necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the time limit, for example by a return receipt. The costs of return shall be borne by the returnee. These costs are not refundable to the returnee. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from any processing other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. If the product to be returned is found to be non-marketable and the product is returned to the customer, the shipping costs will be payable by the customer.

Unclaimed package

Failure to redeem is not the same as a refund or cancellation. For non-redeemed packages not subject to a separate cancellation notice, we will charge shipping charges.


The exchange and return policy applies only to consumer customers. Corporate customer orders are not subject to exchange or return. Defective products will be reported to asiakaspalvelu (at) 4beautyfinland.fi and a defective product will be refunded when a defective product is found.


If the product is lost or damaged during shipment or otherwise does not correspond to your order (wrong product), you must report the defect within 14 days in writing to the address listed in the Cancellation and Return Policy section or by calling the contact number. If the package is clearly damaged in transit, you must immediately complain to the shipping company of your choice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged products during shipment.

Limitation of Liability

4Beauty Finland shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or consequential damages in connection with any order, delivery, or product, except as otherwise provided by a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory laws.


We strive to settle any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service Center first to resolve the matter.

If the dispute is not resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer may bring the matter before the Consumer Dispute Board in his own country.
